Fresh-Cut Flower Orders:

Our flowers are shipped overnight for next day delivery by end of day. Priority (morning - by 12 noon) delivery is available for an additional charge of $10. We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Please note that Saturday delivery is available to most, but not all, areas. Please contact hospitals to ensure recipients may receive flowers.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii as well as Saturday deliveries will be charged an additional $20. Sales tax will be added to orders delivered in Washington State.  All orders shipping to California and Hawaii will be subject to an agricultural inspection before they are cleared for delivery.

Please Note:  Tulips.com cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses, delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, government mandated agricultural inspections, or recipients unavailable to receive deliveries. There will be an additional $11 fee for all incorrect addresses (the credit card used on your original order will be charged).

Orders must be placed by 10am PST to ensure next day delivery.

*15 stem Oriental Lily orders will be charged $19.99 for Overnight Shipping and Handling.

Bulb Orders:

Bulb orders will be shipped between late September and early December 2010, depending on your climate. Prices shown do not include shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges vary by location:

 Area 1: Western states of WA, OR, CA, ID, NV and UT we will add 20 cents per dollar ordered. There is a minimum charge of $10.00 per order.

Area 2: All other states in the Continental U.S., which are not listed in Area 1, we will add 30 cents per dollar ordered. There is a minimum charge of $12.50 per order.

Area 3: Alaska & Hawaii - we will add 40 cents per dollar ordered. There is a minimum charge of $20.00 per order.

Canadian Friends: We will add 20 cents per dollar ordered, plus a separate charge of $40 (US) per order for Phytosanitary Certificate and customs fees. There is a minimum charge of $50.00 per order.

Cancellations:

There is a $25 processing fee for cancelled BULB orders. Orders cannot be cancelled after August 31, 2010.
